Intech Clean Energy Inc. achieved the Commercial operation Date for the Kent Bridge solar farm.
On February 27, 2015 the solar plant began to feed electricity into the Chatham-Kent grid.
This is now the third solar plant in operation for Intech Clean Energy Inc. in Ontario.
The electricity is sold to the energy provider Hydro One under an OPA FIT contract of 20 years.
The solar plant consists of a PV ground-mounted system as well as 10 solar tracking systems.
